Our Facility
Our brand new, air-conditioned facility features four large operating dance studios, each equipped with either Harlequin or Stagestep flooring, a large waiting area, and an on-site store. Food and beverages are allowed only in our waiting area; only water is allowed in the dance studios. Street shoes are not allowed in the studios; if you take Hip-Hop please use sneakers specifically for dance class, not to be worn outside. We strictly enforce these policies. Registration Fee
An initial, non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child is required for all new students. Failure to sustain active enrollment will result in a new $25 registration fee.

Class Rates
Our rates are competitive and multiple classes receive a group package discount. Please contact the studio with any questions.

- 45-minute class: $58 monthly
- 60-minute class: $63 monthly
- Additional 45-minute classes: $38 monthly
- Additional 60-minute classes: $43 monthly
- Unlimited classes monthly: $250
- Second child unlimited classes monthly: $200
- Third child unlimited classes monthly: $150
Payments
Lessons are payable by the month and are due the 1st of the month, with a grace period through the 7th of each month. Invoices are emailed monthly, as a reminder. Printed bills are distributed only on tardy payments. Discounts are given on two or more children from the same family. You may also make tuition and other payments online using a debit or credit card with a Parent Portal account. These payments can be recurring, or paid manually as you wish. CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT. A $10 late fee (strictly enforced) will be applied after the 7th of the month on all tardy payments. To avoid this late fee, payments may be mailed to the studio. Please include your child’s name on check. A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned checks, and payments going forward must be made in cash, or via online credit/debit through Parent Portal.

Refer-A-Friend Program
Refer a friend and save! For every family referred get $50 off the following month’s tuition. $50 credit will only apply to the first month and first member of new family starting, but there is no limit to the number of families you can refer! Referred families must pay current month’s tuition before credit is applied to referring family. So if Jane Smith refers Lisa Jones in October, Lisa Jones must pay October tuition, and Jane Smith will receive $50 off November tuition.

Lost & Found
Articles left behind at the studio will be placed into a Lost & Found box next to the cubbies in the waiting room. Found valuables will be held in the office. It is a good rule of thumb to check that you have all personal items with you before leaving the studio, and not to leave valuable items unattended. Please note: The Dance Works is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. |
Birthday Parties
The studio offers birthday parties for children of all ages. The cost is $150 for 1½ hours or $200 for 2 hours. Inquire at the studio, or fill out our online Birthday Party Request Form. |
Summer Program
We offer several class options over the summer, including summer classes, summer camp, adult classes, and workshops taught by guest instructors. Please see our Class Schedule page for more details as we get close to summer. |
Annual Recital
Our annual recital is held anytime from mid-May to the end of June. Participation is voluntary. A non-refundable $50 deposit will be collected for each costume, due Nov. 1, or upon starting class for those registering later in the season. No costume will be ordered without a deposit. Most costumes will have an additional balance due. (Amounts vary.) This amount is sent out during holiday break and due February 1st, or upon a costume order being placed for those who start later in the season.
