Competitive Dance Program

Competitive classes are more challenging, with a greater emphasis on technique and professionalism than our recreational classes. Additionally, competitive students have the option to participate in our exclusive Company classes, which rotate styles to create well-rounded, competitive dancers. ​​

Dancers who demonstrate unique aptitude across several styles of dance, as well as a positive attitude and desire to be a role model, may be invited to participate in our competitive program. ​

The Dance Works competitive team attends key competitions each spring, and participates in exclusive workshops and events geared toward preparing for a career in dance. ​

Competitive students sign a contract each year, committing to excellent attendance and a leadership attitude. ​Interested students new to The Dance Works should email us to schedule an audition. ​
