THANKSGIVING BREAK: There will be NO CLASSES on Wed., Thurs., Fri. and Sat., Nov. 24th -Nov 27th. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
HOLIDAY BREAK: There will be NO CLASSES from Wed., Dec. 22nd thru Tue., Jan 4th. Classes resume on Wed., Jan 5th. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
COSTUME DEPOSIT: A $45.00 per subject costume deposit was due on Nov. 1st. WE WILL NOT ORDER COSTUMES WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL UNPAID BALANCES, INCLUDING NOVEMBER’S TUITION, MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THIS TIME.
RECITAL INFORMATION: The recitals will be held at Timberlane Performing Arts Center, Plaistow, NH on Saturday & Sunday, June 4th and 5th. More info to follow in upcoming newsletters.
BREAKDOWN OF RECITAL SHOWS: A breakdown of the recital shows will be available shortly. Please check the list carefully and if your children are in different shows, please speak to Judy in the office as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you by Nov 8th, we will assume there are no conflicts with the breakdown.
TUITION: Tuition is due the 1st thru the 7th of every month. A $5 late fee is applied after the 14th of the month on all tardy accounts. Payments can be mailed to The Dance Works, 1600 Osgood St., N. Andover, MA 01845 to avoid this late fee. Reminder: Please put student(s) name on check to alleviate posting your payment to an incorrect account.
SANTA PARADE: Look for our students again this year in the Santa Parade on Sunday, Nov. 21st at 1:00 p.m. If your child is planning to participate, you may download a permission form here to fill out and bring to the studio.
CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations due to bad weather will be posted on our website at www.thedanceworks.us and will be announced on the studio answering machine. If in doubt, call the studio at 978-683-9390 one hour before your scheduled class time.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Need a new idea for your child’s birthday party? The Dance Works offers a variety of fun parties to choose from for your child and his/her friends. Parties are held for 1½ hours and consist of 1 hour of dance and physical activities and a half hour to open presents and/or enjoy cake and snacks. The parent shall provide all food, drinks, paper goods and utensils. The one-hour dance portion consists of song, dance and physical activities geared to the party theme. We also offer a fun-filled hour of physical activities and tumbling on our gym mats for those who would like that type of party. The cost is $100.00 per party. A deposit of $50.00 is required the day you book your party; the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your party. For more information, see Judy.

NOTEWORTHY NEWS: Victoria Bemis and Victoria Martin will be performing in a local production of the Nutcracker at the Collins Center.
